About Sari-Sari Go
Sari-Sari Go is a New Zealand online retailer offering Filipino groceries and related products for local Click & Collect.
We are an online business and do not operate a physical retail store for walk-in shopping.
Products and Availability
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability displayed on our website are accurate.
Product packaging or appearance may occasionally change from the images shown.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate alternative or refund where applicable.
NZ online traders must provide clear and accurate information about product availability and shouldn't offer products unless they reasonably believe they can supply them as represented.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your order is not considered confirmed until the checkout process has been successfully completed.
Click & Collect
Orders are available for Click & Collect in Silverdale, Auckland.
Customers may provide their preferred pickup date and time when ordering. Your requested pickup time is a preference and is subject to confirmation.
Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup email before coming to collect your order.
Pickup details and instructions will be provided as part of the ordering and collection process.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.
We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been collected. Any refund or cancellation will be handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns policy and applicable New Zealand law.
Refunds & Returns
Returns, refunds and issues with damaged, faulty, expired or incorrect products are handled according to our Refunds & Returns policy.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable New Zealand law.
